Connect Group

 

Life is just better with friends, and that is what our connect groups are all about. Groups are an integral part of what we do at A Church Called Home. Faith comes alive when people connect with God and others. When God wants to do something incredible in your life, He will always connect you to the right people. Show me your friends, and I will show you your future. Sustained life change happens in the context of relationships. Some levels of freedom will only be experienced within the context of godly relationships. Something we say a lot at A Church Called Home is, “Temptation always begins with isolation.” James 1:14 says, “We are all tempted when we are drawn away...” We are stronger together, and we are better together.

 

Groups provide people with the opportunity to: build community, be encouraged and offer encouragement, learn from others, discuss questions and grow in faith. Our groups gather in various places at various times throughout the week. Some of our groups revolve around book studies, some are outreach focused and some are more fellowship oriented.
